Konto und Daten löschen

Du kannst dein FrachtScout-Konto jederzeit selbst und sofort löschen — ohne Wartezeit und ohne uns kontaktieren zu müssen.

So geht's in der App

FrachtScout öffnen und anmelden
Zu Einstellungen wechseln
Ganz unten bei „🗑️ Konto endgültig löschen" ggf. dein Passwort eingeben und auf „Konto und alle Daten löschen" tippen
Löschung bestätigen

Das löscht sofort und unwiderruflich: dein Firebase-Konto (Login), deine Cloud-Kopie der Favoriten und der Blockiertliste sowie alle lokalen App-Daten auf diesem Gerät (Favoriten, Verlauf, Erinnerungen, Standort, API-Schlüssel, Nutzungs-/Kostenzähler). Es gibt keine Wiederherstellung.

Ohne App-Zugriff

Solltest du keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App oder dein Konto haben, schreib uns unter [E-Mail-Adresse wird ergänzt] mit der bei der Registrierung genutzten E-Mail-Adresse. Wir löschen Konto und Cloud-Daten dann manuell, in der Regel innerhalb weniger Werktage, und bestätigen dir die Löschung.

Delete account and data

You can delete your FrachtScout account yourself, immediately, at any time — no waiting period, no need to contact us.

In the app

Open FrachtScout and sign in
Go to Settings
At the bottom, under "🗑️ Delete account permanently", enter your password if prompted and tap "Delete account and all data"
Confirm the deletion

This immediately and irreversibly deletes: your Firebase account (login), the cloud copy of your favorites and block list, and all local app data on this device (favorites, history, reminders, location, API keys, usage/cost counters). There is no recovery.

Without app access

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email us at [contact email will be added] using the email address you registered with. We will manually delete the account and cloud data, usually within a few business days, and confirm the deletion to you.
